Spring time in the Duke Gardens is a wonderful time to visit. Parking is approximately $8.00 and admission into the gardens is free. When we visited at the end of March, we decided to turn right into the Asian gardens. As you can see below a lot of the flowers where in bloom. You can view more information about the Duke Gardens here.
This is a white cherry blossom.
Beautiful Concrete Lantern in the Duke Asian Gardens.
We had family here and that is my youngest with his cousins. My oldest was not tracked out.
Various colored tulips.
We only got to explore the Asian gardens before we all decided to have a snack in the little market store. The food there was very good which included macaroni salad, chips, ice cream, drinks etc. We went to explore the native section of the gardens when my nephew mistaken the pond for a playground. In he went, so we had to leave.
